Went to pick up parcel, said post office was shut for 15 minutes, waited 10 minutes then told didn't know how long as bringing a delivery in, absolutely useless, no point having a post office in shop if they can't run it, will not use the post office as a pick up point again!!!

This place can sometimes be super busy or contradict royal mail guidelines.
I have had parcels turned away from collection due to reasons that conflict with post office and royal mail rules.
It's local though and most of the time there is not an issue
