Sometimes customers choose Evri -Some choose Royal Mail. I’d been doing two stops before the lovely staff at woodlands post office informed me that this post office did both evri and Royal Mail. My first encounter with this lady, I was my usual self-being friendly, making small talk. She wanted none of it. Quite abrupt - so I thought - she obviously doesn’t like people-fair enough. I DO like people. I’m a people person. I’ve been today 25/6/26 at - (god forbid-and ‘apparently-I should know that that’s the time that Royal Mail are picking up parcels) 5pm. She was her usual rude self to the three people that were before me - so I was literally thinking - ‘well, she must just be rude to everyone’ I passed over my 4 parcels - 2 evri-2 Royal Mail. Didn’t speak to her because she’s just rude to everyone- and as I took my receipt and headed out-I heard her say ‘ignorant cow’. ABOUT ME!!! She’d simply had a small taste of her own medicine. I will continue to use this post office - I won’t go at 5pm again - as apparently I should know not to go at that time - even tho the post office is open til 5.30. I am a nice person, I’m not ignorant- nor am I cow. This lady SERIOUSLY needs a lesson in customer service. She might be very busy and on her own - but that’s not my fault. I’m a customer and wanted to send my items. I will absolutely go to this post office again. I will not be intimidated and scared to use this post office again.
