Very disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes in the Post Office queue only to be sent to another counter to wait again. On top of that, the Post Office refuses to accept Scottish banknotes which is ridiculous considering they are UK banknotes. Poor service and a frustrating experience.

Worst. I lost my urgent documents. The lady at the counter made horrible mistake of scanning the same royal mail barcode to 3 different parcels, and I end up my parcel misrouted to United States. Realised it after speaking to royal mail support executive. Loss of documents, time and money.
