Couldn’t send my package over a few visits due to the queue always being so long and only one member of staff at the counter serving customers. More staff is necessary !

Very poor service!
Been waiting in the queue for 55 mins due to only one staff at the til. Passport checking, paying bills, posts, etc. all at this very one til.
Some customers have left from the queue during my time of waiting, including an elderly lady who can barely walk with her walking frame, she was in front of me, so she must have been standing there longer than I did.
The staff at the Self-Service was happily doing his minimal as possible, with a 'Can't Do' attitude .
A lot of 'Do Not Be Rude' signs around this branch, maybe that's the reminder for their staff and the manager?
Been to many post offices but this is the worst, it's the only branch in the shopping centre and it's right in the city centre, you would have thought this branch is able to handle a high volume of customers but absolutely no.
The management of this branch needs to be looked into and take this matter seriously as it's not customer focus at all but only focus on their snail pace and their ignorant attitude.

What a bunch of complete idiot's would not accept pre paid letters because they claimed were underweight . Anything 2nd large letter under 100 g is the same price of 83 p for large letter . The staff are so unbelievably thick ,Rude wouand obnoxious! avoid at all cost and make complaints to head office to either get them sacked or retrained .
