- TBTallulah BelleJun 16, 20261.0Extremely poor service, aggressive behaviour and unnecessary refusal I visited this branch today at around 6:30pm to change £70 in notes into smaller change — something I have done here many times before without any issues. I was refused straight away. When I asked why, the member of staff called a colleague from the back. She immediately started raising her voice, demanding my bank details, which has never been required for this simple service. I explained I only wanted notes exchanged for cash, and both staff then began shouting at me. I felt threatened, unsafe and humiliated during the interaction. There was no explanation, no politeness, and no attempt to handle the situation professionally. Even if policies have changed, there is no excuse for shouting or treating customers this way. I left with my money still unchanged and will think twice before returning. This kind of behaviour has no place in a customer-facing role. ⭐ 1/5 stars

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
