Went in today for the second time in 2 weeks to enquire about parcels that have been sent internationally that contain birthday presents from family abroad. The first time I was met with unpleasantness with the woman stating I needed proof that my parcels were there, even though the courier has not left a note or anything. I went away and got confirmation in an email from the post office that sent the parcels abroad. I proceeded to go in today with the proof of where my parcels were delivered, to the post office, but because I didn’t know which courier had originally delivered them she wouldn’t help me. I showed her the email containing the post office address, my ID containing my house address yet she still refused to help me becoming very rude and unfriendly. I am shocked with the service - they say they are a post office but refuse to even go and look for parcels that have been delivered there when you have proof. DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!
