- FHFRANCES HANKINSMay 26, 20261.0Wish I could give zero stars. Had a terrible experience with rude staff here a few years ago so I usually go to the lovely lady in kexborough. Earlier we tried this post office again for the first time in years because it's on the way to my son's nursery. I instantly regretted it. My partner went in and was charged £19.80 for special delivery of two small letters. Even though he said he didn't need the recipients to sign for them. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go back in and argue as we were in a rush. If we'd have gone to kexborough, the lady who is ALWAYS super helpful would have 100% told us we only needed recorded delivery that probably would have cost us at least £15 less. Lesson learned and will never return.

She was on her phone via speaker and was complaining about another member of her staff to someone for around 5 minutes. No acknowledgement of me at all. I waited very awkwardly for 5 minutes hearing the conversation opposite her, then decided to leave. She shouted to me as I got to the door and I told her that I was leaving because of how ignorant she was being. She waved me out. I’ll never set foot in there again. A shame really as it is ideally located for me.
