Amazing service! We missed 3 large deliveries yesterday, but my friend went to the depot where she was able to collect them all. Then this morning, they called me about another urgent delivery for my business and let me know I could come and collect it. Really helpful and great communication. Highly recommend!

Like many comments here - DHL are possibly now the #1 worst courier service!! Tracked a van, was showing as 3 stops away, 2 stops away, 1 stop away…..stood in the kitchen to keep an eye out and guess what…….next message I received was ‘failed to deliver - consignee not available’ I WAS HOME TRACKING YOUR VAN AND WATCHING FOR IT TO ARRIVE!! Rang customer service minutes afterwards who attempted to contact the driver - no response (what a surprise!). Contacted the Depot who said that the van GPS has shown the driver to be at my location…..absolute BS!! Little in the way of remediation other than to say it will be delivered the next day which is no good to me now. I would avoid DHL like the plague - absolute bunch of cowboy jobs worths who lie to customers!!!

Appalling. They got the address wrong first. Then failed to deliver on 2 consecutive days. Then cut me off when I was trying to organise delivery for the next day. I managed to redirect it to the service locker, DONT USE DHL.

Absolutely diabolical service,
Drove 30 mins to the Avonmouth depot to drop off an international parcel. Told them don't accept these parcels I need to go to Bradley Stoke. Drove all the way down there to be told " No you need to go to Avonmouth" absolutely joke I've never used such a crap service. Wasted 2 hours messing around with this today. Plus another hour on the phone to customers services which got cut off halfway through the conversation. Avoid using them.
