Horrible Service I wish could give it 0 stars service is disgusting the communication is bad the customer service people on the phone aren’t really connected to the depot or the drivers for this particular depot so I can’t say much on the phone for their service but the multifaceted operational issue is that the customer service reps can’t even get a hold of the driver or depot. Imagine I’ve been in all day and in the morning especially I had my eye out for a delivery that was scheduled for ETA 12:30pm, the driver cheated skimmed his work apparently came to my location at just before 11 and didn’t even make any effort to deliver the parcel and marked me as sorry we missed you, I tried to speak with DHL as soon as it hit 11am because what was that really horrific work, I begged and pleaded for the driver to come back to customer service representative and I was given a well send a message but we can’t Guarantee and that he may drop it off today on his rounds before he goes back to depot at 6ish all day I waited no re delivery and the customer service couldn’t even get a hold of the depot when it turned 6. Bare in mind I was fully willing to come and collect by then but there was no guarantee my parcel was even there since it hadn’t been checked in so on top of me having to fork out money to travel across the city for this depot it would of been a wasted journey no communication amongst DHl members and horrid service. 0 STARS

I am not happy with this service, due to you saying you have delivered my package yesterday morning 23/02 @ 09:29 to a lady I have never heard of, and when I try to track my package and put in my postcode and phone number, they are both incorrect.

Absolute rubbish. Multiple days in a row I’ve waited at my flat in the given time slot for the drivers to not even bother trying to deliver. I’ve had to contact customer services multiple times for them to only be able to email the depot. They can’t contact the drivers and see why they aren’t attempting delivery. I will be checking all future orders do NOT get delivered by DHL.
