Absolutely horrible people there. Will never use again Had email saying my parcel was ready to collect. Made 2 wasted trips to be told it wasn't there. When I asked why his reply was "it won't be the first time and it won't be the last'. They won't even answer the phone. If they had I wouldn't have had to make the second ( wasted) trip! Had the yrace my parcel through theain depot in Southport turns out it has gone to EH Smith in Chapel street. Don't know why that happened but at least the manager at the depot was really nice and helpful.

Extremely obnoxious man at this post office this morning. I’ve never done a parcel return except for this morning .I needed assistance with this. The assistant stood with a smirk on nice obviously amused at my lack of procedure, hw asked if the parcel was a return to Amazon, I replied to him, I was struggling to find the return scan bar, he watched me struggle with this just stood with half smile. The reason was had no WiFi at the post office, I told him I’ve no access to log in to my WiFi ,I asked way he told me was because no signal , I asked him if he knew this before he stood there watching me struggle, A young man in the post office offered to help me, after this I was ready to proceed with the transaction, He then with a smirk on his face , told me I needed to go to another counter, his attitude was disgusting to say the least, so unhelpful. ,two other men in the queue behind me made a comment about his attitude, no need for this kind of service . I shall not ever use that post office again ,I certainly will not recommend it to anyone. ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUSLY HORRIBLE PERSON ‼️
