- STS TFeb 27, 20261.0If I could I’d give this place 0 stars. Do NOT send anything, especially valuable, with this shop. I had sent my phone to the phone shop and one of the workers has stolen it. I have called up, been in to the shop and told them to look for it and they have said it’s not there, even though they haven’t looked. They knew what it was I was missing without me telling them. Avoid at all costs!!

They give wrong prices on parcels saying they are 2.20 when they are 3.49. Then one person put stamps on items that were over 100 and got sent back to me then went again and he said that they were parcels and they were flat and only weighed 115. I will go elsewhere in future. Use to love going there when staff were nice and polite.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
