Customer service is middle-aged women acting like teenagers going through a phase. Not welcoming or helpful at all. The attitude and looks you are getting when you try to send a parcel or anything is unbelievable. They clearly don't want to be there or do they job. Also, the number of issues I had with this post office is unreal. Not asking about value of parcel etc. so they just charge you more. If any of the staff reading this do the customers a favour and find a different job. I advise everyone to just do an extra few minutes and go to a different post office as staff is useless in here.
