I’d been waiting on a parcel to be delivered that got delayed (by the delivery org) and was needed before I went away. I decided to try and ring them direct in the hope they could help me and they let me know the deliveries had just arrived and they would try to find mine and let me know if it was there. True to their word, and despite being really busy, they went above and beyond for me and found it. They rang me and I managed to get there with less than half hour spare! Thank you so much ladies. 😊
