Recently it was possible for my postage to cost significantly less if the package were taped down to be slightly smaller. I didn’t know this - So I asked if I could just have a piece of tape. The reply to which was, no, you need to buy a roll. I left and now use the post office in Woolpit. After all the times I’ve said to ‘keep the change’, what an insult.

He asked me to get it printed. He did not tell me the alternate option of printing from the QR code. He is an incompetent person. He was telling me that I was rude when I showed a po saying that they can do it with out a printed copy. Two second job was dragged by this incompetent person leading to walk a distance to library to print it. When I returned, they did not have rape to stick and another pleasant lady sorted it through their QR code in two seconds. Sorry, he is not fit for a public service job.
