I have just experienced the WORST customer service from the woman in the Pakefield Premier Post Office
I politely said I have a parcel to collect she abruptly told me we are shut !! I said oh I didn't realise as on your opening times says until 6pm again We are shut !! You will have to come back tomorrow
I asked if someone else could collect my parcel she said yes !! If they have ID and it matches you ...well no shit Sherlock but that isn't going to happen 😬 she then proceeded to tell me if you don't get your parcel in 2 weeks it will be sent back, well thank you for the advice but a nice polite tone would be more appreciated.
Once I have collected my parcel I will never step foot in that shop again and they wonder why local shops close !!!
