Unfortunately they have no lowered counters, but I would say they are about chest height when sitting in a mobility scooter, so if you need to fill out paperwork you may need to stretch or fill it out in a different area. Have always had friendly interactions with the staff.

To my amazement the staff member informed me that since becoming a part of WH Smith, they are no longer able to give advice regarding DVLA forms. I am not at all happy about this situation, but do realise that the staff are only following guidelines. I was told that to get FULL post office service I would have to travel to Bungay! Is there no end to the madness that has crept into our world...................
