Told me to contact Royal Mail and say it’s not here even though it’s been tracked and said it’s there. He brushed it off when I said you’ve probably given my parcel to someone. DO NOT SEND YOUR PARCEL HERE!! REPORT THEM IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU
- MCMr CoolcatOct 10, 20245.0The post office in the Londis store on stoke park drive in Ipswich, is a great post office, I regularly go in, every weekday to do banking and the staff are all great, very welcoming, friendly and professional and I have never had a problem with any of the transactions -it’s easy and convenient and they’ve provided a much needed service to our neighbourhood! Keep up the good work guys

Staff polite and know what they are doing, only issue is when the store is busy and you may have to wait until someone is free to serve you. Not sure what has happened to Stick Insect since the change.
