New opening hours from February 2026 to 08:00am - 20:00pm everyday. However, they regularly shut the post office for 15-30 minutes at a time with a sign on the counter as they routinely don’t have enough staff to staff the tills and post office. We went in today to pay a cheque and the staff said “I was meant to close the post office now for about 15 minutes” whilst looking at a long que at the tills. We was asked to come back later. Staff are all friendly and under pressure so this isn’t a review on them, it’s an operational review - Don’t extend your opening hours to 8-8 if you cannot staff it.

Staff rude. Cannot help someone who is having difficulty. Can't even make eye contact. This is what is wrong with this world, people cannot take a second to consider another's potential situation. Cannot even help you with possible other post office info. We all have paper work to do, it's not that hard!! Enjoy your weekend. Karma 🧘♀️
