- LALola ADec 18, 20245.0The young gentleman who usually works here (a manager?) is the best and runs this branch very well. I often admire his patience when dealing with difficult customers. I love this branch and only go here. Staff here are super helpful, polite and general atmosphere is very friendly. The other branch in the town centre, by comparison, is always understaffed, with a massive queue. Thank you!!

Went in with a driving license form, a labrinthine and confusing mess of green paper and tick boxes. Needed to send it to Swansea, and fully accepted that I had No Idea What I Was Doing. The guy behind the counter was so helpful, checked my form with me, checked the post code. This lot rock!
