- MLMike LonsdaleMay 3, 20241.0Deliveries Office at the side of the building is now only accessible from 0800 to 1000hrs. People can only access this service when most would be at work. Now this is an inspired way of not providing a service. Counter staff could not possibly find a letter in the next room? Hands up if you think horizon is only one problem that is due to cultural ineptitude. Post response from owner..... Separate companies only since 2012, Vince Cable I think. Still the same embeded management culture perhaps.

- KMKaren MordeyJul 20, 20231.0I used to use this Post Office regularly whenever I was in the UK on holiday, sending letters and parcels home. Staff were always super helpful and lovely to deal with. I've been in twice so far this holiday and won't be wasting my time again. Staff lack any concept of customer service. The woman I spoke with today was unhelpful, condescending and totally mis-informed. She said that the stamps on international mail from the UK were cancelled / postmarked when it got to its destination! Seriously??? How can you work in a PO and not even know the basics of postal logistics?? A total joke!!
- MMMarisaDec 17, 20221.0Appalling service. Queued for 30mins., got stamps and then asked for International Driving Permit, told it would take too long and they were closing, no apology. Other customers could not believe attitude. Eventually obtained at PO that was open all day but 40mins away, staff there were also appalled (but then it still a real post office).

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)
Please do not enclose cash. Full instructions can be found on the cheque deposit envelope.
Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
