We had a return which involved two boxes and they only took one. Even though the while order was for two items. They were rude and unhelpful to my husband causing him stress and now they have only one of the boxes which means we now have to go to John Lewis and explain the situation and probably won’t get a refund for the second light that the post office SHOULD have taken. Ridiculous. Don’t be so rude to people Hamilton Road Post Office in Felixstowe. Disgusting behaviour.
