It was hundreds of pounds so I had to open a case with royal mail. - They investigated to tell me that the driver remembers 100% dropping it off.. 2 weeks later I went back in and made them look, he found it with ease, never apologised or cared. They also disregard their prices and over charge at the counter. Royal mail should revoke their ability to do mail.. shocking and rude
