- VZVeganarchy Zetetic2 days ago1.0Bought a Royal Mail postage label from Ebay. Handed the parcel to the Post Office, got given a receipt and they instantly lost my parcel! The parcel never even got scanned into the Royal Mail network because they never gave it to them. There is no way I can make a claim for the lost parcel. They just blame Royal Mail and Royal Mail blames them while I have to pass messages between them both. What an absolute clown show.

The post office staff while yes I know that there is few of them try their hardest to serve you but we can help by doing these few things.
