  Very enterprising little post office. We stopped on our way through Lakenheath and were pleasantly suprised to see a little coffee table and chairs outside. Although the premises are small well thought through as regards social distancing. Post office purchases and services separated out from the coffee being served. Very busy post office with a hubbub of activities in the morning. A very pleasant experience to stop and have a coffee in this place Think larger towns could learn a thing or too from this enterprising couple. Have to say Lisa seems to have a well ordered ship.

  Super-sonic service from a very knowledgeable and friendly postmaster. Sometimes queues at busy times, but out of all the post offices I use round here, Surrey and London and its the fastest and easiest to get the job done. It beats most other post offices hand down.

  Excellent customer service from Lisa! A parcel was sent 1st class by mistake. It needed to be sent Special Delivery, so that it was insured. I called in to stop the parcel being sent out, but it had unfortunately already been sent. Lisa went out of her way to track the parcel down and have it delivered back to the post office! This took most of the day and she even called me consistently to update me. Great customer service from a small post office (I live in London). She had it sent out Special Delivery for me a requested! Unexpected excellent customer service!
