I feel like I need to leave a review. I am from Stratford upon Avon but had to visit the Post Office twice today to pick up Amazon parcels. It's so entertaining to people watch in here 🤭 Hats off to the postmaster. Both occasions were funny, but the second one topped it all! A man in front of me was returning a frying pan (I overheard him saying to the postmaster) He was directed to a door where he had to pass the parcel through a window. It was slightly too large. The postmaster said he couldn't take it if it didn't fit through the window as he wasn't allowed to open the door. I thought he would take it away, but instead dropped the parcel on the floor and jumped on it and then passed it through the window. I have never seen anything so funny and was saying good job whilst crying with laughter. I think everyone behind me must have been locals and thought this was normal behaviour as they didn't react. The lady behind said she had to do the same thing yesterday sending pillows. Fair play to the Postmaster as he said that was the most interesting thing he had seen all day and would have got the sack if he had jumped all over the parcel 🤣 I might need to add people watching in the post office part of my daily routine. I am still crying with laughter n

Went into today +/- 11:30am to send a letter second class recorded The assistant could not have been more helpful. So unusual to have such excellent customer service for a £2.58 sale. Well done Aldeburgh post office and keep it up!!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
