- SJS JMay 2, 20261.0Staff member took my item which was being sent and literally flung it into the box full of other discarded parcels. Unbelievable. Won’t be surprised if it’s damaged now. Should treat parcels with care it’s not difficult. Definitely avoid and use the proper Post Office in Galashiels instead.
- YAYon AndJan 4, 20261.0Star not deserved. Incredibly disappointed, how is this even possible!!!!Two parcels, first one was international and the second was to Europe. Adresses clearly written, Both sent at the same time and both lost. The man had no clue and was incredibly rude. I went to check on my packages after one month of desperate expectations, and there was no interest in discussing anything with me to help or give any advise. His first response was that it has nothing to do with him and to speak to the main post office. I am beyond devastated as the international parcel carried wigs for a cancer patient. AVOID COMING HERE!!!

I was charged for overseas postage and then had to pay for the parcel to be returned to me because they hadn’t attached any stamp or evidence of payment to the package. When I went back the man was clueless to his mistake and it was another post office who informed me what they had done wrong.
