The man is a bully, the aggressive way he spoke to his daughter in front of a full shop was very scary. I waited in the queue for 15 minutes to tax a new car and apply for a V5, he said it would take too long and I would have to wait until he had served the other people in the queue behind me. even though I’d already waited 15 minutes. After letting six other customers go I complained and he said I’d have to wait. Arrogant, rude and a quite obviously bully. I am truly concerned for his poor daughter.
