This is a busy local shop with a Post Office counter, having one person serving the Post Office while the rest of the shop continues operating as normal. If there happens to be a queue, hardly the fault of the staff, especially when there are other Post Office locations nearby for those who need an alternative. There is also clear signage and a clear distinction between the shop and Post Office services, so some of the complaints seem unfair. People are often quick to blame staff for things that are simply a result of demand. I’ve been using this shop for years and have always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly, professional and many of them have been there for a long time, which says a lot. I’ve trusted them with countless parcel drop-offs and collections over the years and have never had any issues. It’s reassuring to know my parcels are in safe hands. A reliable local business with genuinely pleasant staff who deserve more credit than some of these reviews give them.

I had no code for them to process the parcel but the staff where second to none, they did the ID checks and told me I was OK to take the parcel and they would sort the admin. Very friendly and professional.
