Very poor experience at Bromford Lane Post Office, West Bromwich. The staff behaviour and overall service were unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should always be treated with respect and basic courtesy, but that was not the case here. Based on my experience, the service at this branch needs serious improvement. Please avoid going to this place.

One of the staff member named “Mandy” were incredibly rude towards my mother for no apparent reason, my mom was trying to speak English towards them, however their rudeness took over them and I am incredibly disappointed by the way they mistreated my own mother. Would not recommend to go there!!!
