I expected it's royal mail delivery though it's expensive . They gave me advice. I paid. After few days I checked my parcel and I found they used DPD delivery and parcel still in their post office. It's really affect my return deline and I ask for refund. They said no refund. I am very not happy as I said they didn't give me advice to use DPD delivery and charge £9.95 for next day delivery but actually not deliver at all . Its terrible service. If I used online DPD service they only charge around £5 , this post office just ate the money no trust. I don't know how to complaint them .
