A staff member refused me service after accusing me of writing a negative review, despite my explanation that I had not. Customers should not be denied service based on unfounded accusations. The interaction was uncomfortable, confusing, and unnecessarily hostile, and I left feeling unwelcome. I hope this matter is investigated, as this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
