Had this place down as 3 stars but reduced it to 1 after my visit this morning.
I placed my lottery on last week and was delighted to win £140 this morning at 9-30 I went to collect my winnings and was told they didn't have enough cash to pay it out.
I pointed out that it was a post office and can pay out up to £500 and that they have the means to cover my win they are quick enough to take my money when putting it on but don't want to pay it out.
I use this post office a lot but will never use it again and my family and neighbours will also stop using it.

the staff here are extremely rude!! No manners at all. wanted to post a returns label and the taller older guy said it was the wrong one and then chucked the parcel at me rather than handing it over like a decent person. I’ve decided to drive a further 10 minutes out to another post office and I’ll be recommending my neighbours do the same too.

No major problems, packages always arrive safely and on time, but there are some staff members who look like they've never used a computer before and are extremely slow at processing customers as a result. If you're unlucky enough to get one, be prepared to spend 20 minutes waiting if there are a couple of people in the queue.
