She was an enormous help, very knowledgeable and when serving the elderly lady in front of me she couldn't have been more patient and kind. What a difference from the way it was before! I hope she's here permanently because we deserve a decent service and she deserves a medal.

However, there has been a relief manager in there for about 2 months and I wanted to praise her efforts. Nothing is too much trouble. What a shame she hadn't taken the post office over permanently. She is methodical, knowledgeable and friendly.
