Even if I’d bought from them (which doesn’t matter anyway) how would you prove it was same notes that initially left the post office. Literally just them making things up as they go along. It’s not a travel money branch if you can’t sell travel money.

Minimal effort to actually look and staff appeared dismissive due to shop being busy. Made me check the delivery address as if I was stupid, and even when showing proof, he wasn't interested. Certainly won't be using them again! Another person in the queue had the same issue. Back store a mess with parcels and no proper organisation of same. No wonder parcels can't be found!
