every single time I’ve been in, one out of 5 cashiers are being manned and the queue is insane, always a minimum 10 minute wait, with one poor staff emmener doing a million things, severely understaffed

Always enjoy posting my items off in here, the ladies are always so lovely, & incredibly patient, especially when it can be very busy.
They all deserve an award or two for putting up with the great unwashed! 🥇 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙂

I had a disappointing experience at this post office due to the unprofessional behavior of one staff member (an Indian lady wearing eyeglasses). I did not receive a QR code for my parcel and showed her the email I received, but she refused to listen and kept insisting the code was there.
She made me wait several minutes and only later said a passport was required—after already accepting my ATM card and retrieving my parcel. Her attitude was rude and bossy, and she was noticeably more polite to other customers.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
