I understand there was an issue with Evri out of their control, however the two staff members working there were incredibly unhelpful, unfazed and unmotivated to rectify the situation. They were unable to provide a solution other than “come back tomorrow” hoping someone else would deal with the situation. Furthermore, upon my departure one of the employees made a remark about how I should tell everyone they “prioritise the customer”, as I left empty handed.
