- 666 6Jun 25, 20261.0Poor customer service and unprofessional staff behavior I visited today and had a very frustrating experience. When I arrived, my bike was briefly at the front of the gate. I immediately apologized when I realized this, but the staff member at the front desk continued to criticize me about it repeatedly and spoke to me in a condescending manner, saying things like “it’s common sense.” This set a negative tone for the rest of my visit. When I asked for an envelope, he claimed his machine had broken. I paid £1 for an envelope, but he didn’t give me one—instead telling me to ask the lady at the back. When I went to her, she told me to go back to the first staff member. He then gave me a small envelope while I was holding a pile of papers. When I asked for a larger envelope since I had paid for one, he became defensive and told me to either buy a special delivery or purchase another envelope separately. When I pointed out that I had already paid him £1, he dismissed my concern, saying “it’s just a pound, go get another envelope,” and got visibly angry when I persisted. This is not the first negative experience at this location. My parents have also reported rude treatment from the same staff member. The lack of professionalism and refusal to honor a simple customer request was disappointing.

Ignored me when I went up and was on her phone acting as if I was ruining her day. Shoved the labels and receipt in my hand, didn’t say hi, thank u, please. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it. Made me so uncomfortable.
