Massive thank you to the DHL team! Had a really important package which we missed due to door bell not ringing loud and I rang the team to request if it could be redelivered the same day and he managed to squeeze me in ! I recommend everyone to stay away from this company. They have the most incompetent staff and drivers. They refuse to deliver parcels and then they send you messge saying the driver could not access when your house is next to main road and when you change to one of their service point to drop of they again fail and tell you they could not access. Bunch of liars and incompetent staff.
