They kindly asked me to call Royal Mail. After one hour in the phone, Royal Mail confirmed that the parcel had been checked in in this location. I went back there to see if they hadn’t checked properly (as my name is not an easy one to spell) and they accused me of thinking they had stolen the parcel and were really rude and not helpful at all. I’ve opened a case to understand what has happened, but independently of the result, this is not the way of treating a customer :(
