Same - if we can rate this shop a 0 I would do so. It seems They are only open when they feel like it.

Lost Parcel - Very similiar issue to a lot of recent reviews, parcel delivered by DPD for pick up, get to the store and it's been lost. Rude staff, expensive, no security whatsoever for parcels, just left out on the shop floor. Abysmal.

Used to come into this store regularly but it's gone so downhill. Their prices are so much more expensive than local alternatives. Unfortunately can't recommend this place.

This review is about the post office service they offer.
My parcel was delivered on a Sunday, I went to collect it on Monday and they said it was not there. They kindly asked me to call Royal Mail.
After one hour in the phone, Royal Mail confirmed that the parcel had been checked in in this location. I went back there to see if they hadn’t checked properly (as my name is not an easy one to spell) and they accused me of thinking they had stolen the parcel and were really rude and not helpful at all.
I’ve opened a case to understand what has happened, but independently of the result, this is not the way of treating a customer :(
