  If I could give it a minus I would! An AWFUL ATTITUDE, not a local post office as it should be. NO COMMUNITY SPIRIT, NOT EVEN POLITE or HELPFUL INTERACTIONS with the ELDERLY. DISDAIN for MINORS & very UNHELPFUL to all. Have even made RULES for the RECYCLING BAGS! 1 per customer. It was my misfortune to see an elderly woman who requested extra bags, for a neighbour who was elderly & housebound. The response was delivered without any thought, an aggressive, NO. Said in such a way as to humiliate, or to show superiority over the poor woman. It was disgusting & totally confused the woman. A pointless act for no reason. Even when confronted, the reaction was of disdain & a abrupt attitude of superiority! I then asked for some, intending to give to the woman but the person then had the cheek to ask me my intention with the bags! How dare he! As I promptly informed him that it was not his business, his reply was that this issue with the woman was not my business. He then refused to give me the recycling bags. I DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE ANYMORE, TONYPANDY PO is far better.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...I PUT MY PARCEL FOR COLLECTION THERE AND IM GOIND 15:00 TO SAID ON ME "WE ARE CLOSE" PPL THERE IS NOT LEAVE IN REALLITY...GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE ANY WAY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TIME

  Post office website states closes at 10pm Post office sign on the door states closes at 6pm Arrived at 5.40pm to be told it closed at 5.30pm, they had stuck a hand written sign on the post office counter.

  Avoid these people at all costs, I took in a parcel to be returned, took 30 minutes and ultimately they lost the parcel. Went in to speak to them and was met with the most irritable and spur lady that didn't care one bit for the issue. "Well I didn't serve you" was all she was interested in saying!!! Disgusting attitude!! AVOID like a dirty needle!
