No note of explanation on the door but a list of opening times clearly showing in the door but they don’t seem to adhere to these. Lots of other people have commented on this to me too so it appears to happen all the time.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I turned up to post something at 3.53pm, they weren’t supposed to close until 4pm. There were another 2 customers behind me. The rude man working there refused to let us in, stating that he was closing. I showed him the time on my mobile through the glass. He shook his head and walked off. Being the only post office open within walking distance for many in the area, this was unacceptable. It’s only hoped that he was closing early to attend customer service training! I will never take my business there again!
