No note of explanation on the door but a list of opening times clearly showing in the door but they don’t seem to adhere to these. Lots of other people have commented on this to me too so it appears to happen all the time.

Instead of trying to help you with an issue he talks over you and doesn't try to help you at all. I left there and had to return and when I did he looked at me while serving someone else and said 'oh God', someone else outside actually explained to me what I needed to do so I could send my parcel. Avoid this place or wait until someone else is working.
