The envelopes are faulty as the sticky has gone from the seal . I asked very politely if she can tape it with sellotape. As a disabled elderly chap I have never heard such rudeness and obscene language from the female . She told me to buy a roll of sellotape from her , I pointed out that it’s her envelopes that are faulty and she she should use the sellotape on her counter to tape it. I got a barage of abuse from the kid. I turned and walked out absolutely disgusted, very bad customer service from the post mistress,
