Used post office to collect a parcel with an emailed collection code. My phone was snatched from me by the staff member because I wasn’t ‘holding it at the right angle’ despite no words being spoken about this. My phone was just taken and I was snapped at to ‘take my hand off’ my phone. Then my parcel wasn’t actually handed to me, it was placed on the workers side of the counter and I had to lean over the counter, through the plastic divider to actually retrieve it.
Most bizarre experience.
