Despite being the first person in the shop and only wanting to drop a parcel off, was made to wait while multiple other customers were served because "shop.customers come first and if I wished to send parcels elsewhere then I could". When asked if I bought something alongside sending a parcel would I not have to wait and was advised yes that was the case! First time using this shop and certainly won't be back. Customers shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience despite what they are there for.

This man is one ignorant human. I would do without rather than go back to this shop. he should have the post office taken from him, as he is not good publicity for them.
