The man serving in the post office was miserable, abrupt and very unhelpful. A lovely older lady was in front of me, she tried to chat away to him however he was not interested. I encountered an issue with sending a parcel. No advice or help was offered to me. He would not give me the label back I had already payed for through eBay. He said it needed to be destroyed. Had to go to Crieff post office to get my parcels sent. Received lovely service here. So now I am out of pocket. Horrible start to my day.
