- KMKate MatthewsSep 29, 20265.0Great post office, staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help. Lines can be long at lunch time on weekdays but that is the case in most post offices! Lots of services like Evri and cash withdrawl which are incredibly useful.

So then I have to phone the post office customer services to complain in all it usually takes about 10 days to get it sorted. I have the same problem now with a Parcelforce parcel. The driver hasn't even bothered to put the tracking details on the card Come on get your act together.!!!!
