She then proceeded to tell me I was lucky because the system had gone down earlier and when I agreed, the lady then described another customer who had complained which I thought was very unprofessional. My first 2 parcels were ok but when it came to my international postings I was first asked to come back later which I couldn't and then after several huffing and puffing I was told she couldn't do it. So I went out of my way on a extremely busy day to the Berinsfield Post office and had the complete polar opposite in customer service. They were so helpful and lovely that I recommend you go the extra distance and go there.
