I went in to drop off a parcel and was told very abruptly to “leave it by the door” without any proper explanation or basic courtesy. From the moment I walked in, the staff were rude and unprofessional. There was no eye contact, no greeting, and no willingness to help. When I placed my parcel down, a staff member opened the door forcefully, which could have damaged the contents — in my case, there was a printer inside. To make matters worse, another staff member started laughing in front of me and speaking in their own language, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve had issues here, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Customer service really needs improvement.
