Now I just had a normal bad experience and it's not a big deal if it just happens once or twice. Looking from other reviews it seems that many other people had the same experience as me. For a post office to have this many negative reviews says a lot. I think the staff should ask themselves "Why and how do we have this many bad reviews?". I know times are hard but that's not an excuse to act this way towards many customers.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
