I had an awful experience with this post office. I visited at around 5:05 PM after checking online, which stated the post office was open until 5:30 PM, only to be turned away and told the closing times had changed. There was no update online to reflect this, wasting my time entirely.
A few days later, I returned to collect a parcel. The member of staff scanned my parcel, placed it to the side, then scanned it again and told me she could no longer give it to me because it had “already been scanned.” I explained that she had just scanned it herself, but I was told it wasn’t her problem and that I needed to contact the parcel company. She laughed while saying this, which was extremely unprofessional.
I contacted the parcel company, who confirmed they could verify the parcel was mine and asked me to pass the phone to the post office staff member. She refused to take the call, stating it had to come from the post office landline. When the company called the landline directly, she hung up on them.
No effort was made to resolve the issue until the parcel company contacted her senior management. The attitude displayed throughout was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable.
I was incredibly disappointed with the level of service and professionalism and do not believe someone with such a lack of effort should be working in a customer-facing role. I will not be using this post office again and would strongly discourage others from doing so.

One of the main reasons to live in Cumnor. Post Office, fruit and vegetable store, drinks store, general store: how Sri and Keruba manage I don't know.

Always super helpful with anything I need to send or return via the Post They even have the service where you can bring an Amazon item for return and they package it up!
Also, the shop has great local produce. It is well stocked with anything you may need from spices to eggs to beer and wine. I

Went to get a postal order. Queued up and waited for the slow service. Then told she had forgotten her keys so couldn’t open the drawer. One thing to remember the keys to the post office. Told to find another post office. She was smiling all the time like she couldn’t care less that she forgot her keys so couldn’t do her job
