  I did payment for my brp transfer to here from Whitechapel. We went to post office to check my brp somany times but they said my brp not there yet at that time. After one month they said they forgot to submit the details to whitechapel post office and It will take 3 more weeks. Very careless team. This happened last september. So I had to wait 2months to find a job.

  From 2012 till 2017 I use to live @ Between Towns Road (now that building doesn't even exist) So since then I know that tiny post office was always fulfilled with helpful and friendly people .. so Retrospectly Well done.. HOWEVER! Today I have to Highlight with the strongest glowing markerpen The Name Mr. Andrew Gardner! not to just mention his high level communication and intelligent fast problem/task solving but all above He saved me from an extra expense due to a DVLA phone advisor misleaded guide. WELL DONE ANDREW AND BIG THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TODAY'S HELP Personal note : You can have a high5 with Valentina in the OxCentre who representing same high level and friendly supportive attitude, (not like mr.hadadi in OxCentre who was refused to show a location of an envelope for a disabled person) So Today's Feedback Score Andrew Gardner : 5*****+ Valentina Domuta : 5*****+ "mr" hadadi : 5***** MINUS Over & Out..

  Extremely helpful when getting my driving licence renewed . Most other post offices couldn't do this but 2 staff here manged it in good humour even though one hadn't done it before and was leaning on the job. Really made my day meeting two people that were so genuine and nice . Thank you very much.

  Bloody useless. Website says open at 7, signage outside says open at 7. Walk in to find shutters down and a hidden sign saying 8:30. Open early for customer inconvenience???
